Terrible service from Takealot 3-4 weeks to deliver 4x items

My order was scheduled for today 10 October 2024, since I placed the order and paid on 19 September 2024. I called customer service,the consultant told me that my items were ready for delivery on 7 October. I have still not received my order and no ETD.

Part of my order has textbooks that I desperately need for my studies.

This is terrible service from Takealot. I placed the order almost a month ago.
