Terrible service from Takealot

Good day

I’ve recently order a few items on takealot. My order was scheduled to be delivered on the Monday 05/03/18. I was sent a sms that my order was with the wrong delivery company and would be delivered on Tuesday 06/03/18. After trying several times to find out when my order will be delivered, on 06/03/18 and 07/03/18, takealot staff say they will get back to me . Still no one has come back to inform me what’s happening with my order.
