Terrible service from Takealot!!!

I purchased a baby walker on the 8th of July. The order arrived on the 24th of July and the music tray was defective. I requested an exchange but was refunded due to the supplier being out of stock. I used vouchers to the value of R200 to make the purchase and felt it was fair that I be refunded those vouchers to pay for another walker. Takealot has had me waiting for a week with no proper response on the vouchers. I was advised they do not have contact numbers for the coupon team and can only communicate via email which the coupon team has no responded to. I need to purchase and new walker as the baby used it the day it arrived and has not been very happy that it was returned. I expected better service from takealot given the amount of times I've used the site before. I can confidently say that this is my last using them and I would rather purchase from places which does not ship defective goods.
