Terrible service from Takealot

Takealot | Return Status Update | MRRN-T57EV-QZE5 Please can this be collected on Saturday, 13th May when I am at home preferably the morning. As a goodwill gesture I would like a replacement back brace and massage machine delivered in XL size as I had initially ordered! I want this delivered whe. The driver collects! I am in extreme pain with my back and already had to wait on my order for two weeks Takealot should make a plan. I am extremely upset by this! Your team does not respond to emails!!!! Thank you!
