Terrible service for Takealot

I'm so really disappointed in takealot. I placed and order in 27th February and the delivery date was on the 4th of March 2020. But when the items was delivered and I only received 1 of my 3 items I bought. I have since made contact with them but up to now there is no respond on where my other 2 items is or will I get my money back or they have found my items and will deliver it. today is the 17nd and nothing, nothing. the order was R629 and I paid the full amount, but only received the item of R155. The order number is ***.
