Terrible service for take alot

I have a kettle that was returned about a month ago Feedback has been little to non unless i have asked for updates.. most times the consultants did not know what was happening Was told that my kettle is finally repaired and that they are shipping with fast way on the 30th of June After that there is silence No feedback nothing
