Terrible Service for Faulty Products under Warranty

Everything is well when ordering online with this company but the day a product becomes faulty, is where the frustration begins. During the coldest time of the year my electric blanket is in for "evaluation" for three weeks and no proper feedback. Just three generic messages stating the same thing.
