Terrible Service

Terrible returns department.

I returned a water bottle that I no longer wanted as it was too big. The bottle had only been opened and never used, the box was brought to the pickup point exactly as it was received. Takealot enployees damaged the packaging, and placed tape on it after I had returned it. As a result of their employees, my return was declined. It has been over a week now and I have not received an update. This service is unacceptable. Very unhappy client here.
