Terrible Service

Very disappointed have used Takealot numerous times with no issue and have always been very impressed with them . However my latest order that was supposed to be a Birthday Gift was supposed to be delivered on the 14th then rescheduled for the 15th . The system shows that it was delivered but we have not received this . Phone lines disconnected and only an e mail response saying they will advise and will look into this . This is unacceptable as now I have no gift for my son's birthday . I'm not impressed .
