Terrible service delivery and after sales support

Very very disappointed, in my previous purchase, I ordered a mountable phone holder, the one they delivered was a completely different product and was a cheaper one when I searched for it, but you cannot get hold of these guys and the phone holds for 10 minutes and when it is answered there is someone on the other side that remains quite and then drops the call. This time I ordered a product same day guaranteed, the purchase was made at 8:30 paid the charge for it but received nothing that day and found that the items was only received at 7 by the courier. This is the third time this has happened and I can promise you it’s the last. Trying to get hold of you guys is impossible, finding an email address to get hold of you guys shares the same statistics of winning the Lotto, Agents that can’t take calls has now made me never use your services again nor will I recommend you to anyone. The reason why I asked for same day was the fact that I would be home to carry the items as they are heavy and my wife is pregnant and we needed the sleeping bed (which was purchased) for someone to sleep on that day, now I am not there to receive the stuff, and we live in a complex that has some distance to the gate. The next day I was not even a priority I assumed I would be getting this first thing in the morning due to their mistake or failure to deliver when they promised, but was not the case

Why do you guys charge such a heavy Fee if its not a priority??? thanks but no thanks will use alternative suppliers.
