Terrible service

I recently bought a Bluetooth projector from the company, however when I got the product, the AC cable didn’t fit into the projector’s port properly. I logged a return asking to credit my account, They came back to me saying that there is no issue with the product, not stating what will happen next. Whether I will get the product back or a refund, all written in terrible grammar. Makes me wonder if these people know what they are doing.
