TERRIBLE SERVICE: CANCELLED ORDER ***

Good day,

I am very upset that Takealot did not bother to attempt to deliver my product based on my availability and instead CANCELLED my order

This is absolutely unacceptable and terrible customer service. An agent should call to enquire about my availability if I could not be available the ONE DAY the courier tried to deliver.

I want my order to be reinstated with the correct delivery methods in place.

I refuse to re-order my items of which prices would have fluctuated.
