Terrible Service

Never realised how icompetent Takealot was until today. I placed a time sensitive order with them today and paid for same day delivery. Day is gone and no delivery nor any email or message to explain why there was no delivery. I have called in and none of the 2 representatives can explain what has happened with the order. What terrible service and business. Dont place your order at Takealot.
