Terrible Service By Takealot

Terrible service recieved by Takealot. My order was delivered on Saturday the 22/11/2025 at 11:50am. The order was not in its original box, it was wrapped in a brown box and plastic! when I opened the one side, I seen its a blue colour, I had ordered a pink one for my daughter. I noticed the product was scratched and immediately logged a return and returned it to Takealot 30min later. I recieved an email stating that accessories are missing. I did not have the item for more than 30min and did not open the package to take out anything! Takealot should have inspected the product before delivering it and now want to hold me accountable! This is unacceptable and I expect a full refund from them which i am struggling to get.
