Terrible Service

Good day The service for Take a lot is disgusting . I had a return scheduled to be collected on the 15/09/2020. I have since received numerous sms stating it was been collected the next day and so on . The parcel is now 3 days old and not collected. This is poor customer service from Take a Lot.
