Terrible Service

I have ordered so many things from Takealot, this has been the worst service ever. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. I ordered a 86-inch TV and some small items on 26-Nov. The smaller items were delivered on 3-Dec but not the TV. When I queried, on email I was told the warehouse did not receive the order, on the app it said delivery had been attempted but failed and therefore the TV was sent back. How contradictory! I requested a refund, I was told it was processed on 9-Dec and would take 3 - 5 working days. It is now 17-Dec and I still don’t have my money. I am currently on hold for the call centre as I write this review, it’s been 20 minutes and counting.
