Terrible service

I am extremely disappointed with takealot. We ordered and paid for our stock and got confirmation that it will be delivered on the 23 of Dec, now we get an update that the stock will only arrive on the 31st. I called them and they advised 2 items are out of stock, keeping in mind that their site states that they will reserve the stock once payment has been made. We got these items on special and now they want to credit us and we have to buy again. None of these items are on special anymore and we now have to pay more because of their mistake. This is really bad service from takealot. The 2nd order they mess up in a week.
