Terrible service!

Placed an order on takealot that was supposed to be delivered today. Did not once get correspondence from the delivery driver to say that he is outside. It is now 11 AM on the day of delivery when I receive an email stating that the attempt to deliver failed, my order has been refunded and my product is on its way back to the warehouse. It is absolutely ridiculous that NO attempt to get hold of me was made, no correspondence from takealot or the driver regarding my order, and they just automatically decide to cancel my order. Will never order from this establishment again.
