Terrible service

Good day!

Usually I don't have issues with orders.. But this is the second time they send a message at 8am and say they'll deliver by 5pm... And nothing! Its pathetic!

Then I call and hold and hold.... And no one answers! Really bad customer service.. Also can't even find a number for the pickup point here. Terrible!
