Terrible service!

So I have to tell you about the disgusting service we received from takealot. Ordered a birthday present more than a week ago. Now today, just before the birthday they let us know that the item's delivery is canceled. Not even the decency to let us know in advance. The "calm" call center just said, sorry Sir, but we have refunded you. We don't want a refund, we want the item to be delivered. On the website, it still shows that the item is available. By the way, the "refund" is not refunded yet. Disgusting service!
