Terrible Service at Takealot Parow Branch and Delivery Call center

My first order with takealot didn't go too bad. l went to Parow Pick Up point within 2 days to collect, even though l waited a bit longer that expected. l noticed though that they didn't seem to know exactly what was where, like there was no reference system to find orders. My second has become a nightmare. l ordered a TV on black Friday and same day it was dispatched from Mongatue to Parow Pickup. i had also ordered Dstv explora within an hour. The explora l picked up following day, no real issues save waiting for them to find it. after 3 days l noticed my status changed to Order delayed. l went to parow pick up point to enquire. They told me they didn't have the order, but l showed them the tracking details on my takealot account that it has been scanned in, The lady was abrupt and rude and even insulted me in Afrikaans with another client, assuming l couldnt hear her. The rest l wont say but had to go back home. On Monday l called Takealot and they told me there was system error, the parcel was at parow, l asked her to call them and give me feedback. The lady Amina couldnt commit to it except to say l will get feedback once order was ready. She asked me if she can transfer me to Delivery as she couldnt do much, l said yes and the phone got cut (whether she did cut me off or not, l dont know). Had to call again, spoke to a lady sharfaa daniels who was a bit more helpful. She said she would call them and get back to me which she did but to tell me she couldnt get through to them, she had send an email. l waited for a couple of hours and called again and this time spoke Patrick Setjie who told me that it was because of my phone number which was old number and l told him l had received 2 orders with same number. he then said he would call them after he had told me if l dont get notification in 3 days l should call him back. He later send an email, no call t say he could get hold of Parow branch via telephone but had send email. Suffice to say am still waiting....
