Terrible service at Takealot

I bought a gazebo 21 Sept 2023. I have used it only twice and it is already damaged. It broke on assembly. I logged a return with Takealot. They collected it. Five days later they bring back the very same gazebo that I logged a call for, with no repair or replacement or resolution. The product says it has a 6 Month Warranty. So what I am to do with a product that has broken after 2 uses. Not even two months!
