Terrible service as usual

Yet again I am having a problem with takealot I order and never seem to get what I want I ordered 2 coat sprays I get one The online returns and complaints does not work properly as all I can log is a return yet I need another coat spray as It is what i paid for It was delivered on Sunday i sent out and email and i also requested a return yet it not what I needed but the only way to add my query than I called the following day agent requested I send pics I did Till today he has not got back to me everyone who emails are saying this needs to be investigated where is all this my problem why am I constantly having to deal with this lack of service from takealot it is really ridiculous and what I buy is what I need I got to constantly wait because yourl have made a mess up this is not the first time theres been an issue with an item Sort this out immediately I am truly frustrated with takealot it is the last time I deal with yourl My number is *** Order number ***3
