Terrible service and rude staff

Takealot is no good at all. They don't value their customers. I had one item missing from my order, when I asked about it. I got a very rude response from a person by name 'Tara L' who claims that Takealot never make mistakes. 😤 pure nonsense and no consideration towards customers.
