Terrible service and replacement process

Delivery of a damaged dishwasher paid 6k for it they deliver it damged and then log a return which has been with them for 4days. No replacement of a new one and still waiting for replacement 😕 told to wait for an inspection to be done on thier damaged item that was sent to me the customer and still inconvenienced to the lack of doing what needs to be done pathetic service with no responsibility in the matter and will never buy from them again nor shall I refer them ever again.
