Terrible Service and possibly supplying secondhand goods

I have been using Takealot for years and until recently found them very good except for the two last occasions . About a month ago I ordered a day night sensor floodlight together with another item. When delivery was made the floodlight was not a day night sensor. This was although the floodlight was advertised under day night sensor floodlights. I phoned to complain and although they were quite happy to replace the item they wanted to charge me a delivery fee as the item cost was below their free delivery value. Eventually we agreed to them passing me a credit. On the 6th December I again ordered a day night sensor floodlight together with a battery charger which took the value over the required value for free delivery. My order number was ***. The parcel was delivered this week and when I unwrapped the Takealot box the box for the flood light was not printed Day Night Sensor but the box had a tiny label stuck on the plastic covering stating Day Night Sensor. This is very strange as normally printed by the manufacturer on the box is day night sensor. What is more worrying is under the plastic wrapping is another label stating "burnt out". Does this mean that this item has been returned to Takealot and then the second hand product sold as new. This is very disturbing as not only are Takealot supplying the wrong item but selling second hand items as new. I tried emailing their returns section but the email did not go through and I tried phoning them but after waiting over 15 minutes twice eventually gave up. The email eventually went through.
