Terrible service and no responses

Hi I ordered two double mattresses for my twin boys on the 12th of November 2024. Today is the 20th of December 2024 it is more than a month later and I’m still waiting for a replacement. Then now don’t want to replace the item they only want to pay what the sale item price was when I purchased it. I’m not happy with this outcome at all because I’ve waited on take a lot and now the price is much higher than when I originally paid for the item. It is honestly one of the worst online companies that I’ve dealt with. Because with this mattress in particular I’ve spoken to them at least 20 times over the phone. A side of this I’ve also in the last three months had three returns for things that were not delivered or in poor condition
