Terrible service and no Communication

What terrible service. More than two weeks ago I placed my order. Hoping to get it before Christmas. Guess what Takealot. My son never got his gift and now I need to rush to the shops cause my daughter's nappies also was not delivered. So this is me, ****ed cause I am spending extra money for your slipup No communication from ya'll. Friday morning when I tracked my order it showed Friday, 24 Dec to be delivered. I called a young lady and she said all my items could not be delivered My question: why could they not call me earlier so that I can make the call of splitting the order
