Terrible service and no communication

Worst service ever. Logged a return for a faulty powerbank, the cable was also apparently needed to do a complete check and that is where the service stopped. I have been waiting for almost a month now following up daily when the cable would be collected and no service at all. I might as well thrown the product in the dustbin myself, sad thing is I don't even have it as it sits with them.
