Terrible service and maths skills

Terrible service. Delivery arrived with a broken mug. The replacement set arrived with 3 mugs instead of 4. Telephonically logged the return within half an hour after delivery but takealot put in the wrong pickup address. After numerous emails and calls this was finally corrected but the return was rejected because I logged the problem after 8 days. How was 30mins longer than 8 days????
