Terrible service and items

I ordered a sandisk usb 3.0 flash drive form takealot, however i never got usb 3 speeds so i logged a return. They replaced it the first time and then i had the same issue with the replacement, i logged another return however this time to be refunded and its been about a month now and numerous phone calls and returns becuase they sms to say the driver will be collecting but he never does and i get another sms saying they couldnt collect and will reschedule but there is always someone at home. I dont know what the hell they are doing but im pretty sick of their service now, theres many items which i ordered from them which wasnt as they described.. I currently have a laptop and surveillance kit were the laptop is slow and the surveillance kit has a broken camera. Its gotten to a point where im sick of their service and not wanting to order from them anymore because there is always something wrong after numerous items that i ordered and returned. Their service is pathetic and poor, i told them numerous us times to phone me or have the driver phone me when he is there but i never get that phone call. I am quite tired and sick of the takealot now and their is just bladdy bad.
