Terrible service and delivery!!

Delivery was scheduled for today. At around 13:00 I received a notification stating that I was not available to receive the delivery. And that it will be rescheduled for tomorrow. I called the Delivery Department informing them that there was no driver at my work address. The person even confirmed that according to the vehicle gps the driver wasn't even close to my delivery address. She then confirmed with the branch that the driver will go back and deliver today still. I followed up from 16:00, and they said it is too late now, and they will proceed with delivery tomorrow. Again they advised that the vehicle gps showed that the vehicle was not even close to my work address the entire day. So now I just have to be content with a lying delivery man, who did not even attempt to deliver my parcel today. It seems that if a driver doesn't feel like doing a delivery, he can just say you were not available to receive the parcel, and reschedule for the following day. This is such shocking and ***** service from Takealot, utterly disappointed.
