Terrible service and delivery

<p>Placed my order on the 11th of July 17, estimated delivery date is the 14th. 14.30h on the 14th..no parcel. Manage to get hold of the customer care number, automated voice says "don't worry, we will stick by our estimated delivery date and if not we will contact you etc" While I am on the phone the date changes to the 17th on my computer. They still havent contacted me to tell me mo delivery, so they are lying to all their customers, besides that, how is it that you only realize at 14:30 on the day of delivery that you can't deliver. Superbalist first..pathetic service, now Takealot...even worse. Another account I'm going to have to delete. Can't wait for Amazon or ALibaba to get to RSA</p>
