Terrible Service and Damaged Goods

I am disgusted with the service I am getting. I am still waiting on my order, first there was an issue with my address, however 3 days ago I received a delivery without an issue but not there is an issue validating my address. I thought that was the worst now the product was damaged and now I must wait longer.

Furthermore, my last order was damaged and the content was all over in the box and my other product was damaged. I do have pics I took to prove it.

You guys dont have the decency to apologies for the terrible service and damaged goods I received and paid for.

I expect to be compensated accordingly and have this escalated ASAP.
