Terrible service and customer service

I ordered 4 chairs on 1 June (***) I was told on 5 June that my order is too large to be collected and that it will be delivered on 6 June. I drove 2 hours to be in Paarl to receive my order and no one showed up and got told my order is ready for collection in Cape Town (I dont live in Cape Town). After multiple attempts to receive assistance from anyone that is not a bot in customer service I was told that I will be contacted to arrange delivery. The next phone call was on 10 June and it was when the delivery was already at my address, I specifically asked takealot to contact me BEFORE delivery because I live in a remote area during the week. Now my order has been cancelled? Seriously terrible service and customer service from TAKEALOT. I am so happy places like Amazon, Shein and Temu are now available in South Africa because I would recommend takealot to NO ONE!
