Terrible service and customer care

Ordered 5 items through takealot on the 2nd of January 2025. 1 of the items were canceled when I asked i was told it is sold out. When I checked their website the stock was still for sale. When I queried this with takealot I was told the stock they have is damaged but it still shows no out of stock on their website. Rewind to today the driver comes to deliver my items. The amount should be R 342.00. The driver shows me an amount on his phone in the amount of R556.00 no invoice nothing. I requested for him to get hold of takealot to get the correct amount. He refused. I showed him my invoice and the amounts of the items but he was not interested in assisting just wanted his R556.00 which I refused to pay. So he left with my order. Totally appalled by the level of incompetence of takealot.
