TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a foot massager on the 7/09/2024 I had the method of payment as COD.. I decided to track my order on the 17/09/24 . very strangely the tracking showed that my order was now placed on the 17/09/24.. the next morning takealot sends me an email saying my order has been cancelled as they are out of stock.. that same day the 18/9/24. takealot sends me another email saying they see I "forgot" something in my cart and they have stock of the same product( foot massager) I noticed the price was higher by R100 this is terrible service as I was expecting the product and planning on giving it as a gift.
