Terrible service.

On the 2nd March 2020 I tried out takealot . I saw they had a good deal on for a camera lens. For the first time I thought I should give them a try . Today I'm in total regret on the service I've received . Today marks 14 calendar days where I've been waiting on my item I spent over R1000 yet the service is pathetic. I wouldn't advise anyone to use them as their call centre waiting time is on average 20 minutes this I picked up after 5 failed attempts trying to have my query resolved. I've contacted them over email and still haven't received any response. I spoke to Crystal Saban and Nasief Davids whereby both assured me to take matters into their own hands . I'm entirely dissatisfied and this was my first attempt to purchase anything on their platform, best believe it was my last .
