Terrible service

I've bought from take alot many times and they've always had excellent service. I bought an item last week checked on it everyday since I placed the order. Got an email my order was cancelled even though the item showed it was still in stock. Money was credited back to my profile and I bought the same item again. Yesterday I emailed them asking why there's still no movement I was email back stating my item was being shipped and would be delivered soon. This morning another cancelation email but they still have this item in stock. I'm still waiting on my voucher as well as the money I paid for the delivery the last i spoke to promised me I will hear from her. Still nothing. Take alot is definitely not what they used.
