Terrible service

I paid for same day de****** on two items that were both in stock in Jhb and only one arrived that day, I'm still waiting for the second item 5 days later, have had to buy something else to carry on and there is no way to cancel the item. I'm the third person that this has happened to with the same product. I'm not going to use Takealot again. Very angry
