Terrible service

I have used your services several times but this experience is truely shocking and leaves me questioning your products. I ordered a blender from you guys expecting it to be delivered in the week to me, on Monday upon delivery I got a used blender which I returned, Thursday I had a collection of the one i complained about and i was meant to get a new blender, which came but to my surprise yet again you guys send me another one which looked more used and filty. I buy from Takealot because you guys are a big brand and I would expect good service delivery, somebody should atleast take the time to check that the order is correct before sending it out, especially after send me the client a used item, to the send a new used item is shocking. The weekend is over I was meant to use the blender for an event I missed that as well and almost 2 weeks later an I am still waiting for my item, this is not cool @Takealot.

Now my third return is now unnecessarily stuck in "assessment." This is unacceptable service.
