Terrible service

Payment needs to be made before delivery but when your order arrives, you get the wrong items and some of the items gets rescheduled and then cancelled. I ordered heat shrink from Takealot but received a Nespresso Capsule holder, they collected the capsule holder from me without delivering the item I ordered, customer service then tells you, you have to wait up to 5 working days until they resolve their mistake before I can get my item that I PAID for. There was always something wrong with my order upon delivery. I will not purchase anything from Takealot ever again
