Terrible service

I purchased an incorrect shade of lipgloss so I decided to do an exchange, Takealot decided to change the exchange shade without even asking so when I spoke to a consultant they suggested that when the exchange order arrives I should send it right back and I’ll be credited within 1-2 days, it’s been 8 days and I haven’t had any help or any assistance and they haven’t been making any kind of effort I also decided to purchase a Mascara and the mascara had no seal and so when I returned it, they said they can’t accept the item as it has been used, and I already stipulated that, that’s the reason why it’s being returned, it’s been 4 days since then and I also haven’t had any assistance. I used to purchase so often from Takealot because it was affordable and convenient, but they don’t help and they don’t care for the customers queries. I’m so done with Takealot and have decided to officially stop purchasing any products from Takealot altogether
