Terrible service

I ordered a flask on the website and it arrived on the 12th but quickly realized it was defective. So I logged a return request on the 13th of December.Fastfoward to today the 29,I still have the useless flask at my house and had to buy a new one since the exchange wasn't processed in time. Now I am sitting with two flasks. This is really disgusting as I needed the flask as I have a newborn baby I needed the flask for. Seriously Takealot sort your nonsense out.
