Terrible service

I returned an item from takealot and they came to collect it and received an SMS that the item will be at their warehouse and it will take 2 to 3 days, but now it's been 3 weeks and I haven't received any feedback and everytime when I call U always get the same response from their consultant that they will escalate the return but they don't come back. What a terrible service that I have received
