terrible service

I have placed an order on the 16th May2020 and they first said its on the way and then said it was deliverd and then said they will find out... Now its 21days after ordering stock that was due to be deliverd in 3 days ...I keep on getting a new person to assist with query they only reply ever24 hours and still no delivery ... I dont know when it will happen and they cant give me a date... I have now gone and bought it at a store as I dont know what to do? How do I now get my money back ....I cant beleive they have such a bad service. I cant reccomend takelot to anyone...Please share and stop this **** service.
