Thank you for taking our complaints team's call to try and shed some light on our processes. As discussed your refund was processed on 23-12-15 already and the funds should reflect in your account in 2 - 3 working days, depending on your bank's processing times. As requested we will also liaise with our marketing team on Monday to have you removed from our e-mail marketing data base.
In order to process a return and refund for your order it had to be marked as completed (delivered), which then triggered the \delivery notification'. We apologise for the confusion this has caused.
