Terrible service

On the 28 April 2022, i have ordered Volkano Wireless Bluetooth Headphones - Phonic Series - Rose Gold (MRRN-E6B48-M996) the headsets were working fine however it became defective - only one ear was playing , i then logged a return on the 12th of January 2022 - they came and collected however they then said there is still accessories missing, i didn't not get any notification via email about the progress, it was now 5 days later when i saw that they are not saying anything that's when i saw the "update" on their app, i have also contacted the team for them to come and take/collect the accessories but nothing .They should rather advise if they will be able to help me or not. Even up to this date they have not come to collect and they also have a tendency of coming without saying so that the collection can be rescheduled. I am not happy with the service i am receiving .
