Terrible service

I ordered and paid for two items which where delivered on the 06th August. On the same day, I inform takealot that only one item was delivered and therefore requested to reverse the transaction. I received no response. I have contacted them via their site 3times since and still no response. I am a frequent takealot supporter and am appalled at their service when it involves an issue like this.
