Terrible service

Firstly I ordered pots and received someone else's cat flea collar and now I have to wait for the entire returns process to be completed

Secondly I ordered a fridge and never received yet it shows that it was delivered on the track and trace

I'm disappointed because I've used takealot.com for numerous orders and previous orders were received correctly but now this big mess happened
